Terms and Payment:

Cash,  personal or business checks accepted (must be accompanied with bank letter of guarantee).Title must be with vehicle at time of check-in and serial numbers must match title. 

​NO CREDIT CARDS.


Consignment Fee:

There is a $175 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $125 for each additional vehicle with a Reserve Price.
With "No Reserve" it is a $125 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $100 for each additional vehicle.


COMMISSIONS:


  • NO RESERVES: will be charged  3% (with a minimum commsission of $100), but the vehicle must sell at the highest bid when the hammer goes down
  • WITH RESERVES: will be charged (if sold) a 6% fee (with a minimum commission of $100) on the agreed price
  • Memorabilia 10%

BUYERS:

THERE WILL BE NO OPEN TITLES MAILED OUT AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AT MY AUCTION “Pioneer Auto Museum, Murdo”, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TITLE WITH THE NAME FILLED IN THAT WAS ON YOUR BIDDER CARD. 

Memorabilia 10% Buyers Fee

Vehicles 5% Buyers Fee With a Minimum of $50

OUT OF STATE DEALERS: Vehicles consigned must 20 years old or older. You must obtain a temporary South Dakota Out of State  Dealer Permit for $250 per Dealership.
