Terms and Payment:

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR PURCHASED VEHICLES: Cash, Credit Card (3.5% fee applies), Personal or Business Check (must be accompanied with bank letter of guarantee). Title must be with vehicle at time of check-in and serial numbers must match title.
We will allow phone bids on a case by case basis. You must be pre-registered and have a guaranteed bank letter of credit prior to the date of the auction.

Consignment Fee:

• There is a $175 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $125 for each additional vehicle with a Reserve Price set.
• With "No Reserve" there is a $125 consignment fee for the first vehicle and $100 for each additional vehicle
• ​This Fee in NON-REFUNDABLE

COMMISSIONS:

• NO RESERVES: will be charged 4% (with a minimum commission fee of $100), but the vehicle must sell at the highest bid when the hammer goes down
• WITH RESERVES: will be charged (if sold) a 6% fee (with a minimum commission fee of $100) on the agreed price
• Memorabilia has a 10% commission fee

BUYERS: THERE WILL BE NO OPEN TITLES MAILED OUT AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AT THIS AUCTION YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TITLE WITH THE NAME FILLED IN THAT WAS ON YOUR BIDDER CARD.

CANADIAN BUYERS: YOU MUST PAY CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER. TO PURCHASE WITH A WIRE TRANSFER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY WITH A CHECK WHICH WE WILL HOLD UNTIL THE WIRE TRANSFER IS COMPLETE.

There is a 5% Buyers Fee with a minimum of $50 on all Vehicle Purchases

Memorabilia has a 10% Buyers Fee
