1978 | Ford - Bronco Complete Frame-Off Restoration

This 1978 Ford Bronco has undergone a meticulous, ne-expense-spared frame-off restoration. Every nut, bolt, and fastener on the chassis has been replaced, and the entire vehicle has been rebuilt from the ground up to deliver modern reliability while preserving its classic appearance. 

Power comes from a JEGS crate 460 V8 engine paired with custom headers and a 4-inch performance exhaust system. Fuel delivery and engine management are handled by a Holley Sniper EFI system with a complete Super Sniper ignition package for exceptional drivability and performance. 

The front accessory drive features a CVF Racing serpentine belt system, providing a clean appearance and dependable operation, Inside, a Dakota Digital RTX Retro Dash maintains the original 1978 Bronco styling while offering modern digital instrumentation. Additional comfort features include a tilt steering column and Dakota Digital electronic cruise control.

Driving performance has been significantly upgraded with power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, traction bars, a 2-inch suspension lift, Bilstein shocks, and heavy-duty factory-style front and rear sway bars. The Bronco rides on 20-inch wheels wrapped in brand-new 35-inch tires.

The underside received the same attention as the exterior, with the frame, suspension components, and underside of the body professionally powder-coated for outstanding durability and corrosion resistance. Every bearing and bushing in both the front and rear axles has been replaced or rebuilt.

The electrical system is completely new, utilizing an American Autowire wiring harness throughout hte vehicle to ensure modern reliability. 

Finished in period-correct 1970's Ford truck colors, the Bronco wears Bright Blue Iridium with a Tri-Coat Pearl White accent, creatin a timeless appearance that compliments its classic styling. Factory options include the luggage rack, front tow hooks, and staggered front shocks.

This is not simply a restored Bronco-it is a fully re-engineered classic that combines vintage styling with modern performance, reliability, and drivability. Every aspect of the vehicle has been thoughtfully restored or upgraded, making it an exceptional example of one of Ford's most iconic SUVs.
